Yuccas like a lot of bright, direct sunlight and need to be kept on the drier side. They suffer if overwatered. Let the soil dry to a depth of about 2 or 3 inches.
They are low maintenance and slow growing
Not many pests bother it.
It is not cat/dog safe, but the taste will probably keep them away. Very bitter.
